Bar Supervisor

Coordinate the beverage side of events by working with event managers to manage set-up, service, and execution. Train and develop team members on cash management SOPs, bar procedures, order of service, and related standards. Prepare staffing projections, bar and glassware MEPs, and beverage orders through weekly BEO meetings. Conduct monthly stock takes and assist external auditors in counting beverage inventory. Ensure compliance with bar procedures and licensing laws while delivering five-star service. Join taskforces to contribute to business focuses, community, and environmental initiatives.
