Job Summary
Supervise and lead all beverage operations by assisting the Assistant Bar Manager and ensuring exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. Maintain and set processes and standards while leading a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters. Hold a Personal License, demonstrate strong communication skills, and ensure compliance with government regulations and health codes. Manage daily beverage offerings that are frequently updated according to season and trends. This role requires at least four years of beverage experience with two years in a supervisory capacity.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of Beverage experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
- Personal License holder
- Experience working in a similar fast-paced environment
- Ability to lead a team of bartenders and cocktail waiters / waitresses
- Customer focused - demonstrating exceptional guest service
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
- Certifications as required to comply with government regulations and health codes, such as Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness, Alcohol Certification
