Bar Supervisor

Inspect grooming and attire of staff, rectify deficiencies, and monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being. Communicate with guests and departments to meet needs, complete maintenance work orders, and execute scheduled inventories of supplies, food, and liquor. Check stock, requisition supplies, obtain assigned bank funds, and communicate last call at closing. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees while following all safety policies. Ensure uniform standards, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets. Welcome guests according to company standards, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, and perform other duties as requested by supervisors.
