Job Summary
Oversee multiple concession locations during events, including setup, operation, and teardown for Tampa Bay Buccaneers games, concerts, and special activations. Lead, coach, and train team members to ensure strict adherence to menu recipes, safety laws, and service standards. Conduct pre-shift meetings, monitor inventory levels, test equipment, and verify menu boards and registers reflect accurate items and prices. Maintain efficient, clean, and safe operations while enforcing Legends Uniform & Grooming guidelines and alcohol/food safety certifications. Work extended shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays with full mobility to navigate ramps and stairs in outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF and major stadium events such as concerts and dirt events
- Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous supervisory experience in a related role
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision and in collaboration with others
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Must have excellent knowledge of beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Elevated time management, strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours during a single shift while navigating ramps, stairs, elevators and guests
- Ability to learn new tasks, remember processes, maintain focus and complete tasks independently
- Make timely decisions in the context of a workflow and operation efficiencies
- Ability to communicate and lead teams to complete tasks in situations where timing is essential
- Comfort speaking in front of a group and provide clear direction
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Command of the English language both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Previous food service experience is an asset
