Job Summary
Oversee bar service operations for weddings, galas, and corporate events, leading bartenders and service staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and adherence to group standards. Manage beverage flow, support inventory management and ordering, and address service challenges with a solutions-focused approach while maintaining a safe, organized team environment. Requires 2+ years of hospitality experience, Smart Serve Certification, and a valid G Driver's License. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and late-night events.
