Job Summary
Lead, motivate and support the team during fast-paced service periods while partnering with Venue and Bar leadership to deliver seamless daily operations. Drive exceptional guest experiences through attentive service and genuine hospitality, supporting beverage presentation, stock management, and operational excellence. Assist in the delivery of exclusive wine events, tastings, and destination experiences. Champion service standards and contribute to a positive, high-performing culture within Olivine, a historic wine bar at Destination Pentridge. Develop your wine knowledge alongside industry professionals in a venue that seamlessly blends history, luxury, and world-class hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience within a premium bar, restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, communication and coaching skills
- The ability to remain calm and solution-focused in a dynamic service environment
- A commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences that leave a lasting impression
