Job Summary
Conduct bar service at The Hay Festival from May 25 to June 4, working flexible shifts of approximately 8-10 hours daily. Manage customer interactions while adhering to punctuality and commitment standards for booked times. Coordinate with the team using the TWG Staff app to select shifts that fit your schedule and encourage friends to apply for the role. Receive training and support for enrolling, with opportunities to earn bonuses for reliability and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- You must be 18+
- You must be able to make your own way to the venue
- Own a smartphone (to use our app)
- Good customer service skills
- Have a 'can do' positive attitude
- Are punctual and committed for the shifts booked
- Are good communicators
