Bar Server (Part Time)

Greet guests warmly, present menus, and offer personalized food and drink recommendations. Take accurate orders, noting special requests or dietary needs, and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or bar. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet the highest standards. Check in with guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction and address any needs. Refill drinks and anticipate guest requirements for a seamless, enjoyable experience. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including specials, pairings, and preparation methods. Answer guest inquiries about food, beverages, and cocktails with confidence and professionalism. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling both cash and card transactions. Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and team members to ensure smooth operations. Set up and break down bar and dining areas, restocking and organizing supplies as needed. Keep tables, seating areas, and menus clean and tidy throughout service. Respond to guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience. Assist in resetting the dining area for the next service to maintain a welcoming environment. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations. Regular attendance in conformance with standards. May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs. Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
