Job Summary
Manage shifts, oversee daily front-of-house operations, and ensure exceptional customer service while leading the team at this revered Bristol venue. Oversee bookings, collaborate with broader management, and drive performance against financial targets and food and drink gross profits. Maintain a maximum of 42 hours per week with a minimum of 38, supported by yearly pay reviews, tips, and training opportunities including a personal license and first aid. Required Qualifications
- at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar hospitality environment
- strong understanding of financial targets
- understanding of food and drink Gross Profits (GPs)
- understanding of locally-sourced menus
- experience in team management
- excellent communication skills
- Barista training
