Job Summary
Primarily serves as the BOH bartender, preparing guest drink orders according to recipes and specs; maintains bar area and station setup; performs daily prep, side work, and routine deep-clean tasks; restocks supplies and assists with food/beverage orders; ensures beverage safety and compliance with local health standards, including allergy/cross-contamination protocols; uses beverage tools (jiggers, measuring cups/spoons, scales) and adheres to waste-control and quality standards; collaborates with team to deliver an excellent guest experience; requires 21+ to serve alcohol and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; seasonal, Staten Island location.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 21 to serve or handle alcohol
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Stand/walk for extended periods
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (min 3 days/week, incl. one weekend day)
- Experience in high-volume restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of beverage service regulations/training
