Job Summary
Seasonal Bar Production Crew at Alamo Drafthouse Denver (BOH bartender) responsible for preparing guest drinks according to recipes, maintaining a clean and organized bar, completing daily prep and side work, restocking supplies, and supporting food/BEV orders. Must uphold health standards, ensure beverage safety and allergy precautions, and operate beverage equipment to spec. Requires 1+ year experience in a high-volume restaurant environment, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability nights/weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- Minimum legal age of 21 to serve or handle alcohol
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (minimum 3 days a week)
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Knowledge of beverage service standards and health/safety protocols
- Must follow allergy and cross-contamination protocols
- Ability to prepare guest beverage orders according to recipes and specs
- Experience with beverage equipment (jiggers, measuring cups/spoons, scales)
- Strong teamwork and communication with teammates and managers
