Bar Porter

Operate and maintain clean, well-stocked bars; stock bars and respond to bartender requests for stock, including CO2 tanks, beer kegs, and soda boxes. Assist with setup and teardown of event bars on boats and on land, perform opening and closing inventory, wash glasses, ensure ice bin is filled, and assist bartenders while providing friendly, professional service to guests and co-workers. Remove trash, mop and sweep storerooms and walk-in coolers, deep clean bars on boats and land, and notify managers of equipment problems. Follow safety rules and work various shifts including holidays and weekends; comply with ABC and Health Department standards.
