Bar Manager

Manage all Beverage Outlet operations, including ordering liquor, scheduling bartenders, and overseeing closing and opening shifts. Ensure compliance with Steps of Service for staff while directing food servers, bus-persons, and other team members on schedules, training, and safety. Maintain budgeted guidelines for liquor costs and payroll, incentivize team members to maximize sales, and evaluate guest satisfaction to drive continuous improvement. Diffuse tense situations with diverse personalities and assist other departments as needed. Requires 2 years of experience, leadership skills, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.
