Job Summary
Supervise bar staff to ensure smooth service, provide direction and coaching, and maintain high standards. Prepare and serve beverages accurately with personality, oversee bar setup and restocking, and monitor product levels throughout events. Operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions and balance registers at shift end. Maintain a clean, organized bar area following sanitation guidelines and check identification to verify legal drinking age while monitoring for intoxication. Collaborate with event leadership and other staff to resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment. Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays during the September–November 2026 season.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of hire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- Prior experience in bar operations, lead bartender, shift lead, or supervisory hospitality roles
- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing
- Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred
