Job Summary
Supervise bartenders and bar staff to ensure smooth, consistent service while providing direction, support, and coaching to maintain service standards and team morale. Oversee bar setup, restocking, and breakdown before and after events, monitor product levels and presentation standards, and operate the point-of-sale system to process transactions and balance registers. Check identification to verify legal drinking age, monitor for signs of intoxication, and uphold responsible alcohol service policies. Maintain a clean, organized bar area and ensure all tools, glassware, and ingredients are prepared and stocked. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the Late September – Early November 2026 season.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of hire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified through E-Verify
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- Prior experience in bar operations, lead bartender, shift lead, or supervisory hospitality roles
- Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems for order entry and payment processing
- Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and basic math skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- TIPS, ServSafe, or equivalent alcohol service certification
- Prior experience in bar operations, lead bartender, shift lead, or supervisory hospitality roles strongly preferred
