Job Summary
Handle difficult situations and guide the team when challenges arise. Lead, coach, and mentor staff to embrace the Brewhouse values while ensuring all guests receive a 'wow' experience through table touching. Monitor and troubleshoot building maintenance, working closely with the General Manager to ensure all ordering and tasks are completed. Dedicate yourself to learning a large database of procedures including food, drinks, policies, and training programs. Maintain strong communication skills and a drive to find solutions rather than point out problems.
