Job Summary
Handle difficult situations and guide the team when challenges arise while ensuring all guests receive a 'wow' experience through table touching. Lead, coach, and mentor staff to embrace company values and culture. Monitor and troubleshoot building maintenance, working closely with the General Manager to ensure ordering and tasks are completed successfully. Support yourself and your team to grow to their full potential within the company. The Banquet Bar provides guests with unique signature cocktails, a mouthwatering food menu, and custom-designed games to throw the best party in town every day.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one to two years of experience
- Strong ability to communicate effectively
