Job Summary
Manage liquor, beer, and wine supply orders while maintaining inventory levels, completing scheduled inventories, and monitoring pour costs and product variances. Review invoices and R365 pricing weekly to resolve vendor discrepancies, coordinate seasonal menu changes, and ensure adequate glassware and event inventory are always available. Lead, coach, and train bartenders to service standards, prepare weekly schedules, and monitor training progress and pour accuracy. Maintain cleanliness, organize bar areas, and partner with management to resolve operational concerns. Meet bi-weekly with the Director of Beverage to review bar performance and provide beverage content for marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic restaurant schedule
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Previous bartending and leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation
