Bar Manager - Sports Bar

Lead with positivity and professionalism to set the tone for a collaborative, high-energy environment while building real relationships with the team and guests. Coach team members through training and ongoing performance feedback, resolving conflicts quickly and fairly with empathy. Oversee day-to-day bar operations, managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls while ensuring compliance and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain smooth service, handling guest concerns with care and executing planned events. Maintain the welcoming "Everyone is a Regular" atmosphere by greeting regulars by name and jumping in where needed for problem-solving. This role requires 1+ years of experience managing a high-volume bar, comfort working nights, weekends, and peak game times, and a passion for sports and high-energy environments. We offer a salary of $50,000 - $80,000 with quarterly bonuses, 401(k), health, vision, and dental insurance, plus PTO and paid training.
