Job Summary
Manage liquor, beer, and wine supply orders while maintaining inventory levels and monitoring pour costs. Review invoices weekly, resolve vendor discrepancies, and coordinate seasonal menu changes with strong vendor relationships. Lead and train bartenders to service standards, assist with hiring and performance management, and prepare weekly schedules. Monitor training progress, pour accuracy, and overall bar performance through bi-weekly reviews with the Director of Beverage. Ensure proper stocking, pars, and maintenance of all bar areas while maintaining cleanliness and organization. Provide beverage-related content for marketing initiatives and participate in promotional events.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic restaurant schedule
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Previous bartending and leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation
