Job Summary
Develop new drink menus, propose promotions, and innovate recipes without relying on existing formulas. Lead and train bartenders and servers on drink preparation, company standards, and new menu items. Oversee all bar operations from opening to closing, managing inventory, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a clean, hygienic environment. Collaborate with managers and servers to ensure seamless service and support the business by completing additional tasks assigned by supervisors. This full-time, salaried role at Sushi Masa's first DFW location requires 2+ years of bar experience and strong leadership skills within our expanding team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
- Demonstrated expertise in drink preparation and menu knowledge
- Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a team
