Bar Manager

Hire, train, and supervise bartender/servers and support staff to ensure high quality service and expectations set by General Manager and Owner. Create task lists for front of house staff to ensure compliance with sanitation and cleanliness standards. Assist in scheduling management, monitor waste, and assist in the ordering of alcohol and beverages. Enforce responsible beverage service, train staff on health and safety regulations, and assist with special events and promotions. Check in with guests to ensure excellent customer service and assist front of house staff with handling complaints. Provide strong hospitality skills, assist with bartending, food running, and bussing, and help create cocktail menu creations including seasonal and event menus. Take appropriate disciplinary action when necessary. Nights and weekend availability required; full-time position with two set days off every week.
