Job Summary
Lead and oversee all bar operations at Four Seasons Budapest Múzsa, defining the bar identity and evolving the beverage program while driving guest engagement and financial performance. Mentor the bar leadership team (Head Bartenders and Bar Supervisors), ensure adherence to Four Seasons service standards, manage inventory, budgeting, and compliance, and collaborate with Culinary, Restaurant, Stewarding, and Finance to deliver exceptional, luxury hospitality experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar leader in a luxury hotel, fine-dining, or high-profile bar environment
- Deep expertise in spirits, wines, cocktails, beverage trends, and bar operations
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and POS systems
- Confident, inspirational leadership with ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams
- Exceptional guest interaction and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term guest relationships
