Job Summary
Craft and execute innovative, seasonal cocktail menus while overseeing inventory management, ordering, and cost control. Lead the high-energy bar team through recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management to drive revenue and maintain a vibrant atmosphere. Enforce all legal compliance, health and safety standards, and opening/closing procedures while resolving customer complaints and managing maintenance. Achieve annual financial targets, mystery shopper reporting, and staff retention goals in a full-time 48-hour week role at Stereo in Covent Garden.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in a high-volume, late-night bar environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional cocktail knowledge and creativity
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
- Personal license holder
- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Ability to work and maximise relationships within a diverse team
