Job Summary
Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for patrons, mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails, and interact with customers to take orders and serve snacks. Assess guest needs and preferences to make recommendations, check identification to confirm legal drinking age, and restock bar inventory and supplies. Plan and present the bar menu while ensuring the bar remains organized, stocked, and clean in compliance with all food and beverage regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
