Job Summary
Bar Manager role focused on leadership of bar operations and mixology trends to enhance guest experience. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, handling to-go orders, communicating specials, selling add-ons and premium beverages/food items, assisting in creating cocktails and standardized recipes, taking and delivering orders, cash handling, performing service steps, maintaining cleanliness, managing opening/closing duties, communicating operational needs to managers, and fostering positive collaboration across front-of-house and back-of-house teams while participating in ongoing training and events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year serving/bartending in full service restaurants
- Has an interest in beer, wine and cocktail knowledge
- TIPS certification
- Reliable Transportation
- Background Check
- Flexibility of Schedule
- 21 yrs of age
- Has physical stamina for minimum 6 hour shift
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to train individuals
- Learner/Coachable
