Bar Manager

Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining high standards of customer experience and guest engagement. Manage day-to-day bar operations in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating comprehensive cocktail, beverage, and menu knowledge. Monitor inventory levels, stock control, ordering, and cost management through regular checks and accurate records. Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, food safety, and workplace health and safety standards while keeping the bar and service area clean and organised. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally, and support collaboration across front and back of house operations. Work within QR ordering and full table service systems, assisting with rostering, team development, and operational performance targets.
