Job Summary
Lead and manage a fast-paced Edinburgh bar operation day and night, driving a creative bar strategy and high guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing and implementing bar concepts, knowing products and systems inside out, driving service standards, and owning the bar P&L. Skills include mixology, menu development, stock management, brand collaborations, teamwork, and analytical problem-solving to grow sales while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences in a multi-venue setting. The role combines leadership with hands-on involvement in a vibrant hospitality environment at The Hoxton Edinburgh, Patatino Italian trattoria, and related venues.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in bar operations role with a background in menu development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stock management experience
- Passion for hospitality
- Experience dealing with brands, brand activations and account managers
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality service
