Job Summary
Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, room service, and bar to deliver high-quality service, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Oversee HR activities across outlets (recruiting, scheduling, training, development, coaching, discipline, performance reviews), ensure compliance with LSOPs/SOPs and safety regulations, and manage budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies). Develop and implement promotions and buffet presentations to capture guest demand and expand market share. Maintain sanitation and asset protection, coordinate maintenance, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills are essential to drive hospitality excellence and optimize guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of post-high school education
- Two+ years of full employment in a related position
- Hotel experience preferred
- Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures
- Leadership and management skills
- Ability to plan organize delegate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
