Bar Lead

Serve guests in hospitable manner to ensure positive guest experience. Maintains proper and adequate bar setup and stock, including beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, juices, and perishables; greets guests, promotes and documents drink orders; mixes and presents drinks using standard recipes with portion control. Inputs orders into POS, processes payments, balances funds, and ensures proper voucher handling. Maintains compliance with all applicable state, federal, and corporate beverage requirements. Must communicate well with guests, possess basic math skills for cash handling, and be able to stand and work in confined spaces. Demonstrates memory of menu items, operates POS to pre-check orders and close checks, and collaborates effectively with colleagues. Includes responsibilities and qualifications aligned with hotel beverage service and bar-leadership duties.
