Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate activities of stand workers, assign duties, and resolve problems with assistance from the Concession Supervisor. Oversee stand set-up and closing procedures while ensuring workstations remain clean, stocked, and accurately recorded. Investigate inventory discrepancies, verify transaction totals, and manage opening and closing inventory for all events. Maintain a quality appearance of the concession location and properly clean equipment at closing. Requires prior experience as a stand attendant, ability to handle a POS system, and fluency in English. Must hold ServSafe and RBS certificates and be willing to work all venue events including nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $18.23 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience as a stand attendant/worker or other food service worker
- Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
- Must be able to handle a Point of Sale (POS) system in a non-cash venue and inventory efficiently
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- Must be able to work fluently in English
- Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps
- Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Must have state and local health requirements for food handlers/ ServSafe and RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certificates
- Must have verifiable professional references
