Job Summary
Provide an enjoyable experience for every guest by serving food and beverages promptly, including responsible service of alcoholic beverages. Know the menu inside and out to engage guests during food and beverage decisions, then enter orders, deliver items, and process payments. Ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs promptly. Create a fun and memorable experience for our expanding Southeast family-owned business.
