Job Summary
Conduct warm, authentic service as the face of the floor, connecting with guests and recommending products to ensure memorable visits. Deliver top-notch customer service from the first pour to final lock-up while maintaining high standards. Assist the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able. This hands-on role involves manual handling and lifting of stock, kegs, and deliveries. Candidates must hold current RSA, RSG, and flexible availability, with some gaming experience being an asset.
