Job Summary
Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and delivering memorable service while promoting products. Responsibilities include customer service excellence, assisting the gaming and wagering team when needed, and ensuring high standards from opening to close. Must hold RSA and RCG certifications, be 18+, and have flexible availability across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving stock/kegs. Training shifts begin mid-year ahead of the venue reopening and Grand Opening on July 31. Required Qualifications
