Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and delivering top-notch customer service from the first pour to final lock-up. Share your passion for products by recommending meals and drinks to make every visit memorable. Handle manual tasks safely, including moving stock, kegs, and deliveries. Assist the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able. You must hold a current RSA certificate and have flexible availability. This hands-on role involves physical lifting as part of regular duties.
