Bar & Concessions Supervisor| Part-Time | Palm Beach County Convention Center

Coordinate and execute exhibitor catering and retail food and beverage services from order confirmation through event completion. Serve as the primary on-site contact for vendor partners, exhibitors, and guests, responding promptly to service issues and recovery opportunities. Create and update concession menus, promotional materials, and signage while ensuring pricing accuracy across point-of-sale systems. Prepare and inspect bar and concession locations by verifying inventory, confirming staffing, and maintaining sanitation standards prior to event start times. Monitor operations throughout events, adjusting staffing levels and operational priorities based on guest demand and business needs. Provide hands-on support during peak service periods, assist with coaching team members, and conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate event details and safety information. Enforce cash handling procedures, POS standards, and financial accountability while overseeing end-of-event closing procedures including sales reconciliation and inventory verification. Maintain required operational documentation and ensure compliance with food safety regulations and alcohol service laws.
