Bar & Concessions Manager

Job Summary
Oversee bar and concessions operations at Ruth Eckerd Hall, Bilheimer Capitol Theatre, and The BayCare Sound, including procurement, inventory control, and staff supervision. Develop new concession offerings, manage vendor relations, and ensure accurate stand sheets and sales reconciliation. Supervise hiring, training, and scheduling of bar and concession personnel while monitoring alcohol service violations and coordinating equipment maintenance. Forecast labor, handle tip allocations, and transport products to offsite events. Serve as a resource for special events and troubleshoot point-of-sale issues. Requires ServSafe certification, three years of hospitality experience, and ability to work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year college degree or equivalent education and experience in the field
- ServSafe Certified or willingness to complete and pass the necessary exam to become certified
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for periods of time
- Ability to drive
- Ability to maintain good attendance
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, long and irregular hours, including holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Three years' experience in hospitality industry preferred
- Two years' supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills
- Stadium, arena, and/or Amphitheatre experience preferred
