Bar Captain

Oversee bar operations and ensure seamless service while leading and supporting bartenders through task delegation. Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine with precision, manage inventory, and handle bar setup and breakdown. Provide excellent guest service and maintain a great atmosphere while lifting and carrying bar supplies weighing 35-50 lbs. Work long shifts on your feet in a fast-paced environment, with most events scheduled on Fridays and weekends requiring weekend availability. Prior bartending and management experience is required, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
