Job Summary
Bar Captain at Anantara The Palm overseeing guest satisfaction through strong team leadership, prompt service, and adherence to service standards. Responsibilities include supervising food and beverage service (restaurants and room service), assisting with seating and kitchen communication, maintaining an engaging work environment, conducting shift openings/closing per Manager’s checklist, enforcing service standards, executing revenue and check control procedures, maintaining sanitation, managing schedules and floor coverage, resolving daily issues (call-outs, bookings), and supporting training and development of associates to ensure guest satisfaction. Requires demonstrated experience in hospitality, teamwork, and readiness to manage high-volume operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same role
- Familiar with FMC
- Experience in large-volume operations
