Job Summary
Prepare drink orders using specified recipes and measuring systems while issuing, opening, and serving wine and champagne bottles. Maintain bar cleanliness, stock ice and glassware, wash soiled items, and transport supplies to the set-up area. Process all payments, count the bank, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure all liquor and storage areas. Welcome guests, address service needs, and ensure adherence to safety policies and quality standards. Perform physical duties including standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and navigating uneven surfaces. Complete closing duties and communicate replenishment needs to supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
