Bar Barback

Replenish and restock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies throughout the shift. Assist bartenders with setting up and breaking down the bar before and after shifts or events. Prepare garnishes such as lemon, lime, and orange wedges, as well as other drink essentials like cherries and olives. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by washing and drying glassware, wiping down surfaces, and removing trash regularly. Keep the bar organized, ensuring tools, equipment, and supplies are easily accessible. Clear dirty glasses and empty drinkware from guest tables and bar counters. Monitor stock levels and alert bartenders or management when supplies are running low. Provide friendly assistance to guests with basic requests or questions. Support bartenders during peak hours to ensure timely delivery of beverages. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for beverage handling and bar cleanliness. Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and regulations. Regular attendance in conformance with standards. May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs. Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned.
