Bar Barback

Barback at Loews Coral Gables Hotel supports bartenders and the bar team to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities include replenishing and restocking liquor, beer, wine, ice, glassware, garnishes, and other supplies; assisting with bar setup and breakdown; preparing garnishes; maintaining cleanliness; keeping tools and supplies organized; clearing used glasses; monitoring stock levels and alerting when low; assisting guests with basic requests; supporting during peak hours to ensure timely beverage delivery; following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines; and attending mandatory trainings. Requires ability to lift/pull/push 75+ pounds, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
