Job Summary
Carry supplies and equipment, set up service bars and portable bars for parties, and clean all beverage areas to maintain order. Deliver wines, spirits, and beer while obtaining required receipts, and keep all bars stocked. Prepare bar prep recipes as assigned by management and back up the bartender for the Iberian Lounge, service bar, banquet bars, and poolside bar. This seasonal position runs from April/May through summer, requiring a flexible schedule primarily on the 2nd shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to lift 70 lbs, and stand for long periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Post-employment - RAMP Certification
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule days and evenings, including weekends and holidays
- This is a seasonal position available for the summer season beginning April/May
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to meet scheduled requirements, which will most likely require evening and weekend hours
Desired Qualifications
- Previous bar experience helpful
