Job Summary
Part-time Bar Backup supporting bartender operations at The Iberian Lounge, service bars, banquet bars, and poolside bar. Responsibilities include carrying supplies and equipment (wine, spirits, fruits, ice, glassware, tables, chairs), setting up service bars and portable bars for parties, cleaning debris and maintaining order in bar areas, cleaning beverage areas, delivering wines/spirits/beer with required receipts, keeping bars stocked, preparing bar prep recipes as assigned, and backing up the poolside bar. Qualifications emphasize age (18+), RAMP certification, and the potential benefit of prior bar experience. The role is seasonal for the summer, primarily 2nd shift with possible evenings and weekends, and requires the ability to lift 70 lbs; the position is union-based with schedule governed by union seniority. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Post-employment - RAMP Certification
- Previous bar experience helpful
- Must be well groomed and cordial with guests
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods
- Seasonal position for summer
- Flexibility to work days and evenings, including weekends and holidays
- Primarily 2nd shift with schedule variability
- Union seniority-based schedule
