Bar Backup - Hotel

Carry supplies and equipment such as wine, spirits, fruits, ice, glassware, tables, and chairs. Help set up service bars and portable bars for parties. Clean beverage areas, remove debris, and maintain order in bar spaces. Deliver wines, spirits, and beer while obtaining required receipts and keeping all bars stocked. Perform other duties as assigned. This union position requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, with evening and weekend hours based on seniority. Candidates must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license. Previous bar experience is helpful.
