Job Summary
Twin Peaks Bar Back responsible for cleaning and maintaining the bar and its beverage program in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include adhering to uniform standards and policies, maintaining sanitary bar stations and equipment, restocking, changing kegs and monitoring taps, complying with HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements, training through company programs, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bar Back
- Must attend orientation and training prior to working a shift
- Must successfully complete training program and any required certifications (food and/or alcohol service)
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards (HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, GHS)
