Job Summary
Support bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed to keep the energy high and drinks flowing while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, and manage glassware, equipment, and utensils to ensure smooth drink service. Collect empty glasses and bottles, adhere to safety and sanitation standards, and work alongside other playmakers to guarantee service runs like clockwork. This role requires lifting items up to 50 lb., standing for most of the day, and performing various physical tasks in a high-volume environment. You must be at least the legal serving age and hold responsible beverage service certifications where required by law.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Must be comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things up to 50 lb.
- Must be able to be on your feet for most of the day
- Must be able to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
- Must be able to keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant
- Must be able to work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork
