Job Summary
Support bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed to keep the energy high and drinks flowing, while keeping the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice. Maintain a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils, and collect empty glasses and bottles to keep service running smoothly. Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, adhering to safety and sanitation standards to keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant. This role requires lifting items up to 50 lb., being on your feet for most of the day, and engaging in constant physical activity in a high-volume environment. You must be at least the legal serving age and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Must be comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things up to 50 lb.
- Must be able to be on your feet for most of the day
- Must be able to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
- Must have a can-do attitude
- Must be able to keep calm when things get popular
- Must be able to work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork
- Must be able to stick to safety and sanitation standards
- Must be able to keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment (simply a plus, NOT a must)
