Job Summary
Support bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed to keep the energy high and drinks flowing while helping create a seamless experience for players. Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, maintaining a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils, and collecting empty glasses and bottles to ensure smooth service. Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, adhering to safety and sanitation standards to keep the environment clean, safe, and compliant. Handle items up to 50 lb., remain on your feet for most of the day, and engage in active tasks within a high-volume environment. Maintain a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a popular setting, applying Topgolf core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Must be comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things up to 50 lb.
- Must be able to be on your feet for most of the day
- Must be able to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
- Must be able to keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant
- Must be able to work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment (simply a plus, NOT a must)
