Job Summary
Support bartenders by ensuring they have everything needed to keep the energy high and drinks flowing while maintaining a clean, organized bar area. Keep the station stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, then clean glassware, equipment, and utensils to collect empty glasses and bottles. Work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork and adhere to safety and sanitation standards. Lift and move items up to 50 lb. while remaining on your feet for most of the day in a high-volume environment. You must be at least the legal serving age and retain responsible beverage service certifications where required by law.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Must retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Must be comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things up to 50 lb.
- Must be able to be on your feet for most of the day
- Must be able to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment
- Must be able to keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant
- Must be able to work alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment (simply a plus, NOT a must)
